We are a neutral intermediary company connecting dots in the supply chain of foreign companies. European custom laws and rules have changed and demand importers and exporters of record. For Non EU based companies we fill in this part of the supply chain. Import in the Netherlands, (temporary or definite), export worldwide, VAT free buying of goods, its just a few examples of what we fill in for our customers.

Services

We connect the dots in the supply chain between suppliers,  foreign companies and/or their customers . Since 1st Octobre 2020 Custom Authorities are monitoring the correct implementation of Economic Operator Registrations. In short,  The importer and / or exporter of record needs to be an EU based company. When importing or exporting goods into or out of the Netherlands, a registered and operating company with the Netherlands Taxs and Customs Administration is needed.

We  take this role in the supply chain as a neutral intermediary and our customers don’t need to establish an operational Dutch company just for this part of the supply chain. As every situation is different, we create a customized procedure.

In addition to this we can also assist in worldwide shipping. We understand the processes to provide customers with a high level of service.  All  road, sea and air transports can be arranged by us, one stop shopping.

Buying goods vat free:

We also facilitate in VAT free buying of goods. When buying goods Ex Works in the Netherlands or somewhere else in Europe the supplier must legally charge you with the local VAT. A foreign company can not legally qualify for a refund of the VAT as they are not the exporter of record. We act as  exporter of record and export the goods VAT free to you. Due to our extensive experience in worldwide logistics we can also assist in your shipping needs via air, road and sea.
